Traveler's Inn

This place is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. They have nice clean rooms & they are extremely nice at the front office.

The room and property was clean. No strong air freshener smell. No bugs. Comfortable bed. Chair outside each door. The young lady at check-in was very polite and professional. The young man at check-out, although awakened, was very nice. Wonderful and pleasant housekeeping lady and gentlemen.

My experience there was pleasant! Guests were friendly felt like a family oriented community! Made a lot of friends who stayed there! Staff were helpful to make sure that each and every morning you got your necessities for my room! Rick and Benita went above and beyond measures to make sure people were safe and made no one was disrupting the peace of the hotels guests. If he heard anybody needed to sleep or had kids to take to school in the morning he would tell them to stop being noisy. Rick did a great job monitoring the parking lots to make sure nobody was on the property who wasn’t supposed be there. The housekeeper Kim was caring and loving I always loved when her and the guest by my room would always tell jokes next door! The rooms were renovated and update to date! I loved how they hire grounds and mainlanders to work around the property to make look clean and they would paint the hotel or spray the porch every week to make sure there weren’t bugs. One Negative issue I had was the entry door to the lobby had a piercing, annoying sound of the door bell ringing. I always had to cover my ears when leaving or entering the lobby . Each week, there exterminators that would offer services to help spray the rooms to avoid attracting bugs and mice in the rooms! This hotel was cleaner and had better management than most apartments anywhere else. Would I recommend anybody to stay here? Absolutely! I hope to stay here again in the future!

This place is one of few hotels in the area that actually cares about customers. For the price and ease of access, it is a solid choice! Truck parking! And the owners are very nice and trying to take care of the place!

I have been a guest here for a couple of months. I have no complaints what so ever! The owners are very kind and attentive to every guest's needs. The rooms are kept very clean! Lisa( head of housekeeping) is extremely detailed and puts heart into her responsibilities in attending to all guests and goes out of her way to make sure that not only are their needs meant as well, it is important to her that each guest is well pleased with the service she provided. Ruben ( the head over maintenance) takes a great deal of pride in keeping the rooms and the property as a whole, well maintained. The rooms are very spacious! The quiteness and privacy of each guest is well respected by owners as well as the employees. I have never heard any guests being disruptive, never seen a bug inside my room!, and have never been treated with any type of disrespect from the owners or employees! Like I mentioned, I've been here since the start of November of last year! I highly recommend this property! For both a long term, as well as short term. You will be treated with nothing less than star service!

The price was phenomenal. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The upkeep of the property seemed fantastic. I received very prompt and professional customer service while checking in. The WiFi is very efficient.I’ve been working on the road for five years now. This place hit a home run in all aspects. (Note: I carry my own toiletries, blow dryer , and iron.)

Very clean , comfortable. Close to stores & restaurants. Awesome room. Very big rooms. Nice TV. Only problem was there was no coffee. But I'll definitely be going there again!

I had an extended stay a few weeks ago. Nice room, clean. TV had strange colors and needs to be replaced. Checking out was unpleasant. Attendant was very rude. Other than that, great price and great room.. Will definitely be back. Be nicer to people checking out, and maybe they'll come back.
